Bio: Donald Oxford York
   

Donald York has a Bachelor of Psychology with Distinction from McGill University. He has also obtained a degree in Respiratory and Anesthesia technology. At present he is continuing his studies at McGill University at the graduate level. He is also a senior instructor in Advanced Cardiac life support, CPR, First Aid and AED at the heart and stroke foundation of Canada.

Mr. York is also a highly trained martial artist having achieved the rank of 5th degree Black Belt . His martial arts training enables him to incorporate various concepts of stress reduction and centering into his practice. Moreover, Mr. York is a certified personal trainer in aerobics, general and sport specific fitness and injuries. He is also a nutrition advisor for sports and general health. 

Mr. York has practiced medicine/ health provider both at the Montreal Jewish General hospital and St, Mary's Hospital.
