Mr. Donald Oxford York is a visionary and upcoming leader in the face of emergency cardiac care education and community health/wellness services. Mr. York is an active, licensed and registered health care professional. Mr. York is a passionate, humane and trustworthy  professional.


Education Background


Donald York has a Bachelor of Psychology from McGill University. He has also obtained a Diploma in Respiratory and Anesthesia Technology. Recently, he has obtained graduate level certification in leadership and management from McGill University. At Present, he continues his studies at the Master’s level in Business Administration and is a candidate for Doctoral studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology/Research. This is where he will combine his talent to create a chain of health/wellness centers.


Education Achievements


He has recently been promoted to faculty member for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada in CPR, First Aid and AED. Making him also an Instructor Trainer. Also, he is an educator in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.


Other Achievements


Mr. York is also a highly trained martial artist having achieved the rank of 5th degree Black Belt . He has put in over 20 plus years to achieve this ranking, showing a great deal of commitment in his beliefs. His martial arts training enable him to incorporate various concepts of stress reduction and centering into his practice. Moreover, Mr. York is a certified personal trainer in aerobics, general and sport specific fitness and injuries. He is also a nutrition advisor for sports and general health.


Mr. York has practiced healthcare throughout hospitals, community centers, schools and corporations in the Montreal region. Jewish General Hospital and St. Mary’s hospital are his main facilities for practicing respiratory and anesthesia technology.
