Moreover, the we are educated in designing wellness programs for those who are pregnant or new mothers wanting to get back into shapes, young children, exercise safety and programs for the elderly, asthmatics, diabetics and those going through cardiac rehabilitation.  We guarantee success in terms of your fitness. OYHC fitness program also has a family intervention program. This program is structured to help families  change their negative eating  and fitness habits. We will make sure that all health hazards are  eliminated, your only task is to want to see change in the family. Childhood obesity is on the rise and children as young as 12 years of age are candidates for heart disease. One reason is due to the fact that young children model after their parents and have become more inactive. Children are developing diabetes and high blood pressure at a younger age, therefore decreasing their lifespan and increasing their chances for diseases and disorders. Without health their is limited and more difficult life that follows. Remember it is never to late to change. Let our OYHC experts put the family back on the right track to living a healthier and longer life. 

OYHC uses the three basic aspects of wellness, which are fitness and exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and stress management. Treatments are also done to prevent injuries. Moreover, we will train you right in the comfort of your home. We will not let you down.
