Nutrition
OYHC aims to provides true facts and updated
scientific data in nutrition and health. Each program is tailored
specifically towards each individuals fitness goals and objectives. By using the
tools provided by our nutrition consultants, participants are able to grow, progress and develop
healthier eating habits. This is done by highlighting to each individual
the do's and don'ts in their current nutrition. We design programs that aim at
providing simple and effective healthy choices and changes that will lead
towards a healthier lifestyle and losing weight. At OYHC we believe the key to
seeing notable changes in fitness is done by increasing awareness of people
through education and raising their health consciousness. Each individual will
learn about health hazards but also about how to assume personal responsibility
for their own health and well being.
At OYHC, we do not provide any fad diets. Many of
today's diets do not work they are designed to help people lose weight in
a short period of time but just as quickly as the weight may be lost it is
gained back just as rapidly. The truth of healthier lifestyle and weight loss is
the combination of learning how to eat right and adopting a more active
lifestyle through exercise. This tends to leave may people discouraged and
disillusioned about their fitness goals. More over, our nutrition consults
will help you feel more alert at work, less stress and more in shape. OYHC will
